  • At this time, BHallBaker.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Our Whoopies travel beautifully and we have successfully shipped them from Maine to California. Normally, we use FedEx one or two day air, but a few places close to us in the Washington/Baltimore area can be reached by FedEx Ground in one or two days. Ask us and we will check for you. We can also deliver our tins and gift bags by messenger in Washington for a small fee.

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). BHallBaker.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Since Whoopie Pies are perishable, they may not be returned. However, if you are not satisfied with any purchase, you may request a refund minus shipping cost and a $5.00 handling fee within two days of delivery. Request may be made via email or via phone--but you must receive a refund code number that your request was approved.
